Anthony heads up the company with a wealth of experience in Personal and Corporate Insolvency having worked at some of the largest Insolvency and Debt Solution companies in the country. Anthony was the founding member of the company back in 2007 along with his wife Emma Fisher. Anthony has been working in Insolvency for 16 years and is the appointment taker for Debtfocus Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd.
Anthony also has overall responsibility for management of the team and is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a full member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
Emma Fisher - Operations Director

Emma has been working in Insolvency for 10 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Debt Problems, Management and Customer Care. Emma was a founding member of the company back in 2007 along with her husband Anthony Fisher. Emma prides herself on her caring and understanding nature when offering debt help and advice to company directors and struggling consumers alike.
As Operations Director, Emma oversees the day to day running of Debtfocus to ensure that it’s staff are happy in their work and that clients receive a truly professional and caring service that the company prides itself on giving.
David Bottomley MA(Oxon) - Insolvency Practitioner

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and has over 27 years insolvency experience. As a licensed insolvency practitioner he was appointed office holder on several thousand corporate and personal cases between the years 1983 and 2009.
In 1999 David set up a practice specialising in Individual Voluntary Arrangements, that became one of the major providers of such solutions leaving in 2009. In 2009 David joined Debtfocus and adds his substantial experience of all aspects of insolvency to the team. David specialises in technical aspects associated with Insolvency procedures.
Andy Platt – Sales & Marketing Manager

Andy has been with Debtfocus since 2008. He joined the practice from a successful financial services background which saw him rise from a trainee advisor to Managing Director prior to joining the team here. Andy has spent the majority of his time in a business development role as the practice’s first point of referrer liaison, meeting with prospective professionals who wish Debtfocus to help their clients.
Andy has also been very active in the formation of ‘Moneyfocus Financial Solutions’ our sister company, and manages the overall day to day running of the business.
Natalie Hughes - Insolvency Manager

Natalie has been with Debtfocus since its early days and has been instrumental in its expansion and development. Natalie has over 8 years Insolvency experience and manages the full range of Insolvency solutions offered by Debtfocus and deals personally with the more complex issues. Natalie understands the importance of liaising closely with company directors that wish to take steps to put their company into formal insolvency procedures. Natalie also manages the office and staff ensuring all cases are handled to the high standards for which Debtfocus have become known.
Natalie is currently studying with the aim of becoming a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner within the next few years.
Graham Cordiner - Senior Administrator

Graham joined Debtfocus in 2008 and prior to this worked for a large debt solution company including a 5 month spell based in Australia setting up a brand new Debt Solutions company from scratch. Graham has a wealth of experience of dealing with personal debt solutions and specialises in dealing with both personal and corporate Voluntary Arrangements.
Graham deals mainly with clients when they initially contact Debtfocus and gives help and advice in getting an affordable payment agreed with creditors. Graham is often your point of call on the whole setting up procedure of your agreement with creditors. Graham prides himself on helping all clients through this difficult time in their lives.
Lee Tremmil LLB - Insolvency Supervisor

Lee joined Debtfocus in July 2009, having spent 6 years as a Senior Reviewer in the largest debt solutions firm in the UK. Lee has responsibility for the Supervisory department, which ensures all debtors and creditors are kept happy within the terms of the agreements reached. Lee’s role also includes both corporate and personal insolvency work.
Lee passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency in 2008 and is currently studying toward his accounting exams and intends to move onto his final Insolvency exams next year with a view to being an Insolvency Practitioner.
Jill Duckworth - Insolvency Administrator

Jill joined Debtfocus in March 2008. Jill is a senior member of the post meeting Supervisory team and deals with both debtors and creditors on a daily basis to provide ongoing support and ensure a successful implementation of the debt repayment plans.
Sandila Samee - Insolvency Administrator

Sandila joined Debtfocus in October 2009 after graduating from the University of Manchester with an Msc in Economics. Since joining, Sandila has become involved in a broad range of insolvency cases, including company liquidations and administrations, as well as personal bankruptcy and voluntary arrangements work.
Sandila is currently studying towards the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and hopes to become a fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the future.
Bob Moran - Insolvency Advisor
Bob joined Debtfocus during 2009, having spent the last 14 years working within his own business as a debt advisor. Bob spends a lot of his time visiting struggling businesses and advising and planning strategies for recovery.
Wayne Mackenzie – Office Administrator
